Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bedbd ("bedbd", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bedbd platform located at bedbd.club, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers and any other services offered by bedbd (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account at bedbd, accessing the bedbd platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bedbd platform or Services.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or employee of any third party.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of bedbd Services, you must register for a personal account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete.

• 2.1

  One Account Rule

  Each player is permitted to hold only one active bedbd account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, the same household, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. bedbd may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

• 2.2

  Account Security

  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bedbd login credentials. You must notify bedbd immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bedbd accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to keep login credentials secure.

• 2.3

  KYC Verification

  bedbd may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage — including before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfied.

• 2.4

  Account Closure

  You may request closure of your bedbd account at any time by contacting support. bedbd reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, abuse of promotional offers, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to bedbd or to other players.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bedbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bedbd does not process transactions in any foreign currency. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your bedbd account.

• 3.1

  Minimum Deposit

  The minimum deposit at bedbd is ৳100. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bedbd account balance instantly upon confirmation. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take longer depending on the issuing bank.

• 3.2

  Withdrawal Processing

  Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Funds are sent directly to the registered mobile wallet or payment method on file. bedbd does not transfer funds to payment methods not registered to the account holder's verified identity.

• 3.3

  Verification Before Withdrawal

  bedbd may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Where active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on an account, withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be restricted until those requirements are met in full.

• 3.4

  Refused Transactions

  bedbd reserves the right to refuse, delay or reverse any financial transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases bedbd will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before any funds are released.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bedbd offers various bonus and promotional schemes to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and free spins. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

• 4.1

  Wagering Requirements

  All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Players must meet wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be approved.

• 4.2

  One Bonus Per Player

  Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are available to each player once only. Attempts to claim a new player bonus more than once — whether through duplicate accounts, use of a different payment method or any other means — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

• 4.3

  Bonus Expiry

  All bonus funds carry an expiry date from the time of award. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered through in full by the expiry date will be removed from the account without notice. The expiry date applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.

• 4.4

  Bonus Abuse

  bedbd reserves the right to cancel, void or withhold any bonus or promotional offer where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting through bedbd, use of software to exploit promotional mechanics, collusion between players, or any strategy designed to extract value from a promotional offer without normal gameplay risk.

5. Responsible Gaming

bedbd is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable and recreational activity. The following tools and policies are in place to support players in managing their play.

• 5.1

  Deposit Limits

  Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their bedbd account at any time via account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before the increase takes effect.

• 5.2

  Self-Exclusion

  Players may request self-exclusion from the bedbd platform at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion is permanent once confirmed by bedbd — the exclusion cannot be reversed and the player will not be permitted to re-register. During any self-exclusion period, bedbd will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded player.

• 5.3

  Underage Access Prevention

  Players are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the bedbd platform. If you share your device with family members, bedbd strongly recommends using device-level parental controls and ensuring your bedbd account is logged out when not in use. bedbd is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bedbd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable:

• Using any automated script, bot, software, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the bedbd platform or its games in any way not explicitly permitted by bedbd.
• Attempting to exploit, circumvent or manipulate any game, software, system or payment mechanism on the bedbd platform, including any technical fault, bug or error.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information to bedbd at any time, including during registration, KYC verification or any support interaction.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any conduct designed to give any player an artificial advantage in a game outcome.
• Using the bedbd platform in connection with any money laundering activity or the processing of funds derived from illegal sources.
• Registering or operating more than one bedbd account, or assisting any other person to do so.

bedbd reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account closure, forfeiture of balances and referral of the matter to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bedbd platform — including but not limited to the bedbd brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of bedbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bedbd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the bedbd platform or its content without the express prior written consent of bedbd. Any unauthorised use of bedbd intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bedbd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the bedbd platform and Services shall be limited as follows:

• bedbd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether or not bedbd was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• bedbd is not responsible for interruptions to Services caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond bedbd's reasonable control.
• bedbd accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to keep account credentials secure, or as a result of a player sharing account access with any third party.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bedbd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Privacy and Data

bedbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering for a bedbd account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bedbd uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data stored on its systems. bedbd does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the data subject.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bedbd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects players' rights or obligations — bedbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of the change before it takes effect. Notification may be made by email, by an in-platform message or by a prominent notice on the bedbd website.

The version of these Terms currently published at bedbd.club/terms-conditions is the version in force. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bedbd platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and bedbd, players are encouraged to contact bedbd support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bedbd will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
